How an Enquiry Proceeds

A written acknowledgement from business development, ordinarily within one to two business days. Hudson may seek limited preliminary clarification in writing.

Whether an enquiry progresses is a matter for Hudson. Where it does, the applicable confidentiality process is completed, and formal intake access is then issued by invitation.

An invitation to submit is a procedural step only. It is not an indication of investment interest, eligibility, an assessment of the matter, or of any terms on which Hudson might act.

Confidentiality, in Plain Language

What you share is treated as confidential, whether or not you go on to work with Hudson. Your name, your dispute and your interest in capital are not disclosed to opposing parties or to other funders.

Hudson does not represent that these arrangements confer privilege or that its involvement in a matter will never be disclosed. Disclosure obligations differ by jurisdiction and forum, and the position in your matter is a question for you and your counsel.

Nothing Is Payable at Enquiry

No charge arises from making an enquiry or from the review of it. Where any amount becomes payable, that is confirmed to you in writing, with the basis for it, before the obligation arises.
